Shipping policy

1- WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

• We process orders Monday through Friday within 24 hours from the order date.
• Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
• Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

2- HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

2.1 Digital format

• You will receive it in your email in PDF format within 24 hours.

2.2 Physical format

• Once you place your order, remember the processing time indicated above. After that, it will take between 48 and 72 hours for delivery, unless the order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, in which case the order will be processed on the first business day following the date the order was placed.
• We ship to the Peninsula and Balearic Islands.

*Shipping is not currently available to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.

3- WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

3.1 Digital format

• There will be no cost.

3.2 Physical format

• Shipping costs to the Peninsula are 4.95 euros and 5.95 euros to the Balearic Islands.
• Free shipping on purchases of 49 euros or more!
