The available format for our individual prints is physical (shipping between 48-72 hours).
Only individual prints that can be personalized with the child's name support a digital PDF file format (sent via email within a maximum of 24 hours).

Physical format
We process your order within 24 hours.
Subsequently, delivery takes between 48 and 72 hours, unless the order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, in which case the order will be processed on the first business day following the day the order was placed.
We ship to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
*Shipping is currently not available to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.

CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled at any time as long as they have not yet entered the preparation or shipping phase.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange a product, the process is the same as for a return.
You can return the product you do not want and place a new order.
