The paper we use is high-quality with a matte finish and a weight of 350 grams, making it durable.

All our prints are available in 2 dimensions: A4 (21x 29.7) or A3 (29.7 x 42).
FORMAT
You can choose between the format: digital as a PDF file (sent by email within a maximum of 24 hours) or physical (shipped within 48-72 hours).
COLORS
We offer you the possibility to choose from 4 colors: red, blue, green, or yellow.

Digital format
You will receive it in your email in PDF format within 24 hours.
Physical format
We process your order within 24 hours.
Subsequently, delivery takes between 48 and 72 hours, unless the order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, in which case the order will be processed on the first business day following the day the order was placed.
We ship to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
*Shipping is currently unavailable for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.

Physical format
Shipping costs for the Peninsula are 4.95 euros and 5.95 euros for the Balearic Islands.

Exchanges and returns

CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled at any time as long as they have not yet entered the preparation or shipping phase.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange a product, the process is the same as for a return.
You can return the product you do not want and place a new order.
RETURNS
At MaMaterno, you have a 15-day return guarantee from the day you received your order.
